RETURNS.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchased items, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items purchased online from the Harry’s Home of Fine Food Online Store for a full refund, replacement or exchange.
No refrigerated or frozen items may be returned, unless there is an issue of quality or expiration date, due to associated produce laws and health and safety regulations, we cannot assure the quality and condition of products once they have left our possession.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS.
- Products purchased from the online store must be returned in their original and sealable condition, unless it is wholly or in part the reason for your return.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must produce two documents:
- Your Dispatch Note, which will be given to you upon delivery of your order.
- Your Original Tax Invoice, which you can find in your online profile, under My Orders.
- To initiate a return please contact our customer service team or floor manager, (details below), and we will assist you as best we can.
Please note: Our delivery agents are not authorised to accept goods for return on delivery. Please phone 078 170 9009 if you have any queries.
REFUNDS.
Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed on the card you originally used to pay with, as specified on your online dispatch note. If you are returning an item given to you as a gift, or if you don’t have a proof of payment, you will be refunded via a Harry’s gift card. You cannot receive a cash refund for items purchased online.
Please note:
- If you do not have an invoice, we will be happy to exchange your purchase at the current system price.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the following refunds or exchanges: opened toiletries or cosmetics.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
- We cannot accept items that have been altered or changed, unless there is a quality complaint unrelated to the alteration or change.
EXCHANGES.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or colour please contact our customer service team or floor manager, (details below).
CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS.
These will be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of the last date of the final reduction price and within the best before or use by date as relevant, unless there is a quality issue.
QUALITY ISSUES.
- Any item with a quality issue (including clearance sale items) that does not have a best before or use by date can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- For appliances, we will accept refunds or exchanges within 10 days of purchase.
- Original proof of purchase is however always required for items with a 12 month or longer guarantee, i.e. appliances. The original packaging is required with the refund.
