Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Harry’s Home of Fine Food Online Store. We strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience, including reliable shipping services to ensure your groceries arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:

We offer free shipping within a 12km radius of our store (orange shaded area)

  1. Shipping Zones & Delivery Areas:
  • We currently offer shipping within a 12km radius of Harry’s, Borrowdale Racecourse. Please note that certain remote areas may be subject to additional shipping fees or longer delivery times.
  • Orders placed from outside of the designated shipping radius will be processed but require same-day pickup.
  1. Shipping Times, Delivery Slots & Same-Day Pickup:
  • Orders placed before 10am will be delivered same day (where possible), orders placed after 10am will be processed and delivered the following day.
  • Please note, orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and delivered the following Monday. (notice will be given for any delayed or undelivered orders).
  • Deliveries will be made within 3 timeslots, between 8am and 11am, 11am and 2pm, 2pm and 5pm.
  • Orders placed from outside the shipping radius qualify for storefront pickup, your order will be received and processed and ready for pickup at your specified time selected at checkout. Please note that not all orders qualify for Same-Day pickup due to payment transaction times and banking services, any incomplete transactions will be processed and held until the next available collection time.
  1. Deliveries:
  • Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
  • If you are unavailable to receive your delivery the driver may attempt redelivery later (where possible). 
  1. Missing or Damaged Shipments:
  • In the rare event that your order is damaged or missing items during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately by phone at 078 170 9009 or email at onlinestore@harrys.co.zw
